PPG Scheduler-RN at Parkview Health – Fort Wayne, Indiana

Summary

Responsible for scheduling of surgeries following specific physicians protocols, with attention to detail of necessary equipment requested. Works with management and physicians in a collaborative manner, assuring all policies, procedures and programs are compatible with goals and objectives of line of business.

Education

Must have completed an RN program and maintain a licensed RN.

Licensure/Certification

Active RN License CPR Required

Experience

Experience in a physician office setting or related field. Solid knowledge base of surgical procedures.

Other Qualifications

Must have excellent interpersonal skills and represent our organization in a positive manner. Must have solid verbal and written communication skills. Knowledge of clinical operations, service excellence, clinical quality and education initiatives. Must be familiar with computers, electronic medical record experience preferred.
