Job Description

Sr. Copywriter

Will be expected to manage and develop writing direction for a select suite of Push Clients. This person is responsible for directing the client's voice and tone. The person must be able to manage the quality and effectiveness of the work on a day to day basis. They must be able to work with the other departments in the agency to get projects efficiently through the system and work hand and hand with traffic and production. They must be able to have a detailed understanding of the clients needs and wants from a brand stand point and be able to evolve the brand when required. They will be responsible for overseeing the writers and designers at Push and make sure they get the attention they need to grow and be successful.

• Fight to create the best work

• Must be consistent and efficient in all things creative

• Conceptualizing and Storyboarding Video for TV, Online and social channels

• Present and pitch work internally and externally

• Provide creative energy to everything they touch

• Provide creative solutions and options on daily basis

• Ability to bring a brief to life

• Oversee writing interns

• Oversee writing teams

• Own special projects

• Provide a POV

• Capable of teaching and inspiring the agency and clients

• Host critiques
• Able to support the agency when ACD’s when they are not available - This includes decks, downloads, presentations, concepting sessions, and final work deliverables
