This position is only for all-star salespeople who can both sell legal services and cultivate new relationships to generate new leads. We provide training in what you need to know to best help our clients, and for the right person this will be a highly rewarding position personally, professionally, and financially.
Compensation:$45,000 yearly + Bonuses
Responsibilities:- Engage with potential clients to understand their unique legal needs and offer tailored solutions.
- Collaborate with our legal team to ensure seamless service delivery and client satisfaction.
- Maintain accurate records of client interactions and follow-ups in our CRM system.
- Participate in weekly team meetings to share insights and strategies for improving client engagement.
- Stay informed about industry trends and legal updates to provide clients with the most relevant information.
- Develop and nurture long-term relationships with clients to foster trust and repeat business.
- Contribute to the team's growth by sharing best practices and supporting colleagues in achieving their goals.
- Extensive follow up with potential new clients who have not yet retained us
- Maintain a tracking system to monitor leads, new clients, and referral sources
- Oversee the smooth transition of new cases to the legal team
- Experience in sales, preferably within the legal industry, to effectively engage with potential clients.
- Ability to understand and address unique client needs, offering tailored legal solutions.
- Proven track record of maintaining accurate client records and follow-ups using CRM systems.
- Strong collaboration skills to work seamlessly with our legal team, ensuring client satisfaction.
- Excellent communication skills to participate actively in team meetings and share valuable insights.
- Proficiency in staying informed about industry trends and legal updates to provide relevant client information.
- Ability to develop and nurture long-term client relationships, fostering trust and repeat business.

- Be willing and able to quickly learn about new topics (like the estate planning system
- Treat a call or meeting at 4:30 on a Fri. with the same care and compassion as one on Mon. morning
- Follow instructions and understand the importance of policies and procedures
- Be a team player that consistently acts with respect and integrity
- Be tech savvy (we use Apple computers; specialized cloud-based software; and case mgt. software)
