- Conduct comprehensive financial analysis of Affordable Multifamily Commercial Real Estate, including P&L statements, rent rolls, and complex regulatory agreements.
- Maintain and utilize databases tracking investment sales activity, construction pipelines, and relevant real estate metrics.
- Prepare and present financial analyses, incorporating charts, graphics, and actionable insights for client-facing documents.
- Research and analyze industry surveys, demographic trends, and economic data to identify risks and opportunities.
- Collaborate with investment sales advisors and internal teams to craft market intelligence, support strategic decisions, and optimize deal narratives.
- Lead in prioritizing tasks, managing multiple projects, and adapting to dynamic work requirements in a team-oriented environment.
- Direct experience with LIHTC (Low Income Housing Tax Credit) transactions.
- Strong expertise in financial modeling with advanced Excel skills, including VBA and complex formulas.
- Ability to analyze and interpret complex regulatory agreements and real estate documentation.
- Experience in data analytics, including demographics, market trends, and competitive benchmarks.
- Strategic thinker with excellent problem-solving, decision-making, and persuasive communication skills.
- Strong interpersonal skills for effective collaboration with internal teams and external clients.
