Role Overview
The Hospitality Leader / Service Manager supports the daily operations of the restaurant by leading the front-of-house team, creating memorable guest experiences, and ensuring service standards are executed with consistency and care.
This role partners closely with culinary leadership to create a seamless connection between the kitchen and the dining room. It’s a hands-on leadership role for someone who loves developing people, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and takes pride in creating a welcoming, high-energy restaurant culture.
Own the Guest Experience- Lead service with a hands-on presence in the lobby/dining room, ensuring every guest feels welcomed and cared for
- Create a guest experience that reflects our commitment to clean, thoughtfully prepared food and genuine hospitality
- Anticipate guest needs, respond to feedback with care, and turn service challenges into memorable recovery moments
- Train and mentor service team members on hospitality standards, service flow, and guest engagement
- Provide real-time coaching and thoughtful feedback during service
- Recognize strong performance and help team members grow in confidence and capability
- Lead service shifts and maintain a strong presence on the floor
- Ensure clear communication between the front of house and kitchen to support smooth, efficient service
- Maintain high standards for organization, cleanliness, and presentation throughout the restaurant
- Ensure service + hospitality philosophy, safety standards, and operational procedures are consistently followed
- Support scheduling, staffing, and shift coverage to maintain strong service execution
- Help the team stay organized and focused during high-volume service periods
- Help create a workplace where team members feel supported, respected, and proud of the work they do
- Lead with professionalism, empathy, and accountability

What We’re Looking For
- 1+ years of restaurant leadership experience (Assistant Manager, Supervisor, or Service Leader preferred)
- Experience in full-service, fast casual or hospitality-driven restaurant environments
- Passion for food, hospitality, and creating exceptional guest experiences
- Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to stay organized and lead effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Comfortable working evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed
- Able to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs
