Our Infrastructure Consulting team provides reliable advice on complex social, civil, and energy projects around the world, supporting financial institutions and project companies at every stage of project delivery. We perform comprehensive due diligence during the bidding phase and provide ongoing technical supervision throughout construction, including monitoring progress, budgets, schedules, and project risks. As independent certifiers and engineers, we offer objective third-party supervision for key milestone verification, compliance, dispute resolution, and project success.


What You Get to Learn and Do

  • Attending site meetings and undertaking site inspections.
  • Preparing, issuing, and reviewing inspection records for each project.
  • Support in monitoring drawings and documents related to the Development of the Design
  • Support in producing monthly progress reports.
  • Use of the Building Control Management System (BCMS) for projects
  • Issuing Statutory Certificates (Design/Completion)
  • Submitting documentation to the Building Control Authority
  • Carry out and produce reports for Building Control inspections, building surveys and other associated services, and liaise as required with all relevant parties.
  • Liaise as required with Building Contractors, Clients, Architects and Engineering regarding compliance with statutory regulations and guidelines and other technical documents.
  • Focused on client service in all interactions with team members and clients
  • Commercial awareness of business trends and impacts on the real estate and construction industries in the local market (Ireland)


What You'll Bring

  • Minimum of 2 to 5 years of experience working in the construction industry
  • University Degree or equivalent to any of the following: Engineering, Building Surveying or Architecture.
  • Professional accreditation or Intent on developing accreditation in one of Engineering, Building Surveying, Architecture.
  • Interest in developing in-depth working knowledge of the building regulations, on-site inspections, construction detailing, the building control process and project management.
  • Excellent written and spoken proficiency in English.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • IT literate with a good working knowledge of MS
  • Good analytical and interpersonal skills.
  • Self-motivated with good organizational, communication and report writing skills.
  • Demonstrates attention to detail to produce quality work.
  • Holds a valid driver's license.
