Philanthropy Manager Position SummaryReporting to the Vice President, Chief Philanthropy Officer (CPO), the Philanthropy Manager is a motivated fundraiser with extensive experience in securing major gifts, and experience leading a team of front-line fundraisers. The Manager will work with the CPO to implement strategy for major, midlevel, and grateful engagement programs at TidalHealth, including TidalHealth Peninsula Regional, TidalHealth Nanticoke and TidalHealth Atlantic. Specific emphasis will be focused on cultivating, soliciting, and stewarding major gift donors through an individually assigned portfolio of high wealth individuals across the TidalHealth System. The manager will develop and lead a physician and clinician engagement program to include grateful patient and physician giving philanthropy.
Philanthropy Manager Position Requirements Education-
A Bachelor's Degree or an equivalent combination of education and experience is required.
Experience
- Minimum of ten (10) years progressive fundraising experience including management of individuals.
- Healthcare philanthropy experience preferred.
Philanthropy Manager Work Schedule:
- Monday through Friday, primarily day shift
- Evenings and weekends may be required as needed
