Physician Assistant – Primary Care

💰 Up to $160,000 base + up to $20,000 bonus
🕘 Mon–Fri | No nights | No weekends | No call

IntraCare offers primary care without the chaos. Our clinics are structured, efficient, and designed so clinicians can focus on patients — not broken workflows or after-hours charting.

You’ll see 23–24 patients per day in a well-run clinic with a dedicated Medical Assistant, templated visits, care gaps flagged in advance, and protected admin time to close charts on time. Value-based care (HEDIS, HCC/RAF) is central to how we practice.

Requirements:
Arizona-licensed NP or PA with an active DEA, a primary care background (Family or Internal Medicine), and value-based care experience. Must be comfortable with volume.
Urgent care–only backgrounds are not a fit.

Compensation & Benefits:
Base salary up to $160,000 + performance bonus up to $20,000 annually. Medical, dental, vision, PTO, CME, 401(k) with match, and malpractice coverage.
