• Diagnose, repair, and maintain residential HVAC systems
• Work on split systems, heat pumps, furnaces, and air handlers
• Perform routine maintenance and system tune-ups
• Present repair and replacement options to customers
• Deliver a 5-star customer experience on every call
• Keep accurate records of work performed and recommendations

• 2+ years of residential HVAC service experience
• Strong troubleshooting and diagnostic skills
• EPA Certification (or ability to obtain)
• Experience with ServiceTitan is a plus
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
