What you can expect as a Home Checkup Analyst:

• Conduct inspection analysis to support underwriting decisions and risk assessments.
• Validate inspection data against risk models and premium calculations.
• Assist in generating and maintaining inspection-related reports.
• Proactively identify and help resolve inspection issues as they arise.
• Coordinate inspection activities across teams and vendors to ensure timely completion.
• Utilize multiple systems regularly to manage inspection workflows and documentation.
• Contribute to broader team goals through consistent follow-up and operational support.
• Review property inspections to ensure accuracy and completeness of documented building components and features.
• Communicate with the Underwriters regarding status of pending or completed inspections.
• Take on additional responsibilities as the role evolves and the candidate grows in experience.

What we are looking for as a Home Checkup Analyst:

• Construction experience is highly desired, either contractor certification or other formal designation.
• High school diploma or general education degree (GED); additionally, any undergraduate education desirable, or one to three years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• 20-44 Resident Personal Lines Agent License is required.
