JOB SUMMARY

Accents & Interiors is a Floor Covering and Interior Finish company with strong ties to the local community and construction industry. We are looking for an energetic, adaptive, self-motivated individual who is interested in growth opportunities and potential for advancement.

Requirements:

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following. Other duties may be assigned.

The Customer Service Admin Coordinator is the main contact and support person for the Customer Service Warranty team. The coordinator will work closely with the Warranty team to support investigation, resolution and coordination of warranty related repairs -including but not limited to documentation, communication and scheduling.

• Intermediate skills with MS Office – Word, Excel, and Outlook

• Ability to learn and utilize new computer programs quickly

• Software is used daily

• Ability to focus on tasks within a fast-paced environment

• Ability to communicate clearly and professionally both verbally and in writing with all internal and external customers

• Strong organization skills

• Problem solving mind set

• Proactive thinker

• Previous flooring experience is not required

• You must be comfortable using a computer for paperless processes, in an accuracy-driven environment.

HOURS: Monday through Friday, 7:00 AM to 4:00 PM. Full time in office role.

Compensation: $20.00 to $22.00 per hour, commensurate with experience. Non-exempt.
