Position Summary:
The Restaurant Manager plays a key role in supporting the General Manager by overseeing daily operations, leading and developing the team, upholding brand standards, and delivering consistently exceptional guest experiences while driving sales performance.
Responsibilities:
- Support day-to-day restaurant operations by maintaining an active floor presence and ensuring compliance with company policies, procedures, and service standards.
- Lead, motivate, and support team members through coaching, training, and ongoing performance feedback.
- Assist the General Manager with administrative responsibilities, including onboarding documentation, scheduling support, and operational reporting.
- Resolve guest concerns professionally and graciously, ensuring positive outcomes and memorable experiences.
- Partner with the management team to execute unit goals, drive performance, and support operational and sales objectives.
- Monitor service flow and staffing levels to ensure efficiency and high guest satisfaction.
- Enforce food safety, sanitation, and workplace safety standards.
- Support inventory control and cost awareness to help meet budgeted labor and operating targets.

- 2–4 years of restaurant management or supervisory experience in a full-service dining environment.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate, coach, and develop team members.
- Solid understanding of daily restaurant operations and service standards.
- Proven ability to handle guest concerns professionally and with care.
- Experience supporting scheduling, staffing, and floor operations.
- Working knowledge of food safety, sanitation, and workplace safety standards.
- Strong communication, organization, and time-management skills.
- Passion for hospitality and delivering exceptional guest experiences.
