We are seeking a dependable and detail-oriented Waterproofing Applicator to join our team. This role involves applying sealants, coatings, and waterproofing systems to protect structures from water intrusion.

• Apply caulking, sealants, and waterproofing materials to windows, doors, joints, and building exteriors
• Perform crack repairs and joint sealing
• Assist with coating applications (elastomeric, waterproof membranes, etc.)
• Prepare surfaces (cleaning, scraping, priming) before application
• Identify areas of water intrusion or potential failure points
• Follow safety protocols and job site procedures
• Maintain tools and equipment
• Work efficiently to meet project timelines

• Experience in waterproofing, caulking, construction, or related trade preferred
• Ability to work on ladders and at heights
• Strong attention to detail
• Reliable transportation
• Ability to work outdoors in Florida weather conditions
• Ability to lift 50+ lbs
• Positive attitude and strong work ethic

• Caulking and sealant application
