As a Senior Living Advocate, you'll be a steady, compassionate presence for seniors and their families during one of the most significant transitions of their lives. You'll be the first voice they hear — and often, the one they remember most.

What a Day Looks Like

• Connecting with seniors and their loved ones by phone, listening deeply to understand their unique needs, and guiding them toward the right options with care and confidence
• Approaching every conversation — even the difficult ones — with patience, empathy, and genuine curiosity
• Keeping thoughtful, accurate records so that every person's story is honored and no detail falls through the cracks
• Collaborating with a team that shares your values and pushes each other to grow
• Continuing to learn through regular training, because the best advocates never stop developing their craft

What You Bring

You don't need a perfect resume. You need a genuine heart for people and the drive to show up for them every day.

• A natural ability to listen, ask the right questions, and help families feel heard and informed
• Experience in social work, healthcare, senior living, or customer service — or a deep personal commitment to serving others
• A bachelor's degree, college coursework, or 5+ years of relevant professional experience
• Strong communication skills and emotional intelligence
• Comfort navigating a busy, fast-paced environment with grace and organization
• Weekend availability
