Senior Project Manager Lead Elite Residential Builds for Award-Winning Architects
Job OverviewCompany: Stanwick Dunham LLC.
Salary/Pay Rate: $150,000 to $225,000+ per year (based on experience).
Location: Charlotte, NC (Onsite).
Job/Employment Type: Full Time.
Project Scope: High-End Residential / One-of-a-Kind Custom Homes.
Mandatory Licenses & Certifications: Valid Driver's License.
You will serve as the primary leader for multi-million dollar residential projects, managing everything from design intent to final punch lists. This role offers the unique chance to collaborate with the nation's top architects on sophisticated, legacy-defining homes. How You Will Make an ImpactDirect all phases of $15M+ residential projects to ensure they are delivered safely, on time, and within budget.
Orchestrate a diverse project team including owners, architects, structural engineers, internal Project Team, and trade professionals.
Execute complex construction plans with precision, maintaining the highest quality standards for discerning clientele.
Manage daily field operations and subcontractor schedules using advanced project management systems.
Facilitate weekly client review meetings and pre-construction briefings to ensure total transparency and alignment.
Mentor and train internal staff, including superintendents and carpenters, to foster a culture of continuous learning.
Resolve technical on-site challenges by interpreting architectural drawings and providing real-time engineering solutions.
Minimum of 10 years of experience in high-end residential home building.
Proven track record of progressing through the ranks as a Foreman and Superintendent before moving into Project Management.
Demonstrated ability to manage at least two $15M+ projects simultaneously with minimal onboarding.
Advanced proficiency in reading and interpreting detailed architectural plans, structural specs, and design schedules.
Strong technical command of project management software and Microsoft Office tools.
Physical ability to navigate active construction sites, including climbing ladders and lifting up to 65+ pounds.
Communication expertise to work directly with multiple stakeholders and high-end clientele.
Completion of a High School Diploma or GED.
Extensive experience in residential design/build remodeling and cost estimation.
Specialized training in Manufacturer systems, OSHA safety standards, and fall protection.
Deep knowledge of current building codes and innovative residential construction techniques.
