About This Position
I'm excited to announce that Prime IV Blue Bell is currently looking for a Weekend Wellness Spa Concierge to join our team in Blue Bell, PA 19422. This part-time position is perfect for someone who is passionate about health, wellness, and providing exceptional customer service.
As a Wellness Spa Concierge, you will be the first point of contact for our clients, providing them with a warm welcome and ensuring that their experience at our spa is relaxing and enjoyable. Your responsibilities will include scheduling appointments, answering phone calls and emails, checking clients in and out, managing multiple software systems, maintaining the cleanliness and organization of the spa. You will also have the opportunity to educate clients about our services and products, as well as assist them in selecting the best treatments for their needs.
To excel in this role, you must have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, confidence with technology/software usage, as well as a friendly and outgoing personality. Previous experience in customer service or hospitality is a plus, but not required - we are willing to train the right candidate! You should also be detail-oriented, organized, technology-capable, and able to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
In terms of requirements, we are looking for someone who:
- Has a high school diploma or GED
- Is available to work weekends and some holidays
- Is comfortable working in a spa environment
- Has a passion for health and wellness
- Is a team player and willing to pitch in wherever needed
