This is a high-impact leadership role responsible for designing and scaling the revenue infrastructure behind a fast-growing, AI-driven go-to-market organization. You will own both internal and client-facing RevOps strategy, building the systems that power pipeline generation, revenue visibility, and operational efficiency. Working closely with GTM leadership and founders, you will transform fragmented revenue data into structured, actionable insights that drive strategic decisions. The role blends hands-on technical execution with advisory responsibilities across CRM architecture, analytics, and automation. You will play a key role in shaping scalable revenue systems for both internal operations and external clients. - Own the end-to-end design, architecture, and optimization of CRM systems, primarily within HubSpot, including pipelines, workflows, and lifecycle stages
- Build and maintain a unified revenue data model ensuring accuracy, consistency, and strong data governance across systems
- Develop and manage integrations between CRM platforms and tools such as Airtable, Clay, Stripe, and outbound systems using APIs and automation tools
- Design and implement revenue analytics frameworks covering pipeline health, conversion rates, CAC, retention, and revenue velocity
- Build real-time dashboards and executive reporting systems to support strategic decision-making
- Lead RevOps consulting engagements for clients, including CRM audits, system redesigns, and implementation of scalable revenue infrastructure
- Create repeatable RevOps playbooks, frameworks, and delivery methodologies for external client work
- Drive automation initiatives using tools such as n8n to eliminate manual CRM processes and improve operational efficiency
- Collaborate closely with GTM leadership to translate operational data into strategic revenue insights
Requirements:
- Deep hands-on expertise in HubSpot CRM architecture, including building systems from scratch
- Strong experience designing revenue pipelines, lifecycle models, and CRM data structures
- Proven ability to build integrations and automation workflows using tools such as n8n, Zapier, Make, APIs, or webhooks
- Strong analytical skills with experience in revenue metrics such as CAC, pipeline coverage, conversion rates, and cohort analysis
- Experience implementing and scaling GTM systems across CRM, outbound, and data infrastructure tools
- Working knowledge of Salesforce CRM architecture, reporting, and migration concepts
- Ability to translate complex revenue and operational data into clear, strategic recommendations
- Experience in RevOps consulting, agency-style implementations, or client-facing advisory roles is highly desirable
- Familiarity with billing integrations (e.g., Stripe) and AI tools for automation and analytics is a plus
- Proven ability to operate in both hands-on execution and strategic leadership capacities
