About This Position

Donation Clerk

In accordance with applicable policy and procedures, assists Ozark HealthCare's staff in the delivery of non-clinical services as directed by supervisory and staff personnel.

High school diploma or equivalent

Donation Processing & Customer Service Associate

  • Inspect and prepare non-clothing items for sale
  • Clean and sanitize items prior to packaging
  • Collaborate with supervisors to creatively package donations for display
  • Prepare items for supervisor inspection and pricing
  • Sort and place items in designated baskets for sales floor distribution
  • Notify supervisors when items are ready for placement on the floor
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe donation processing area
  • Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner
  • Help customers bring donated items into the store
  • Thank donors and provide excellent customer service
  • Offer tax receipts to all donors
  • Support coworkers in the donation area and assist in other departments as needed
  • Follow all department policies and procedures
