This role plays a critical part in shaping and optimizing Salesforce-driven solutions that support large-scale public sector healthcare initiatives. You will act as a key bridge between business stakeholders, technical teams, and end users, ensuring that complex requirements are translated into clear, actionable user stories and system designs. Working in a highly collaborative Agile environment, you will support the delivery of scalable Salesforce solutions that improve operational efficiency and service quality. The position involves close engagement with federal healthcare stakeholders, requiring strong analytical thinking and structured documentation practices. You will also contribute to process improvement, system analysis, and solution validation across multiple initiatives. This is a mission-driven role where your work directly supports the modernization of critical healthcare systems.
- Gather, analyze, and document business requirements from stakeholders, translating them into structured user stories and Gherkin-format documentation.
- Act as the liaison between customers, vendors, and development teams to ensure alignment on business needs and technical solutions.
- Perform fit-gap analysis between Salesforce capabilities and client requirements to support solution design decisions.
- Break down project roadmaps into epics and user stories, supporting Agile/Scrum execution and backlog prioritization.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design, validate, and implement Salesforce-based solutions aligned with business objectives.
- Participate in client-facing discussions as a subject matter expert to support implementation and provide technical guidance.
- Develop system documentation, process flows, and reporting requirements to support solution delivery and performance monitoring.
- Analyze existing business processes and recommend improvements to enhance efficiency and system effectiveness.
- Support testing, validation, and confirmation of requirements with stakeholders to ensure successful delivery outcomes.
- Contribute to data analysis, reporting, and system performance evaluation to support continuous improvement.
- Mentor or support junior analysts as needed while fostering strong collaboration across teams.
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience with 5+ years in business analysis, systems analysis, or related roles.
- Strong experience in business process analysis, reengineering, and requirements gathering using structured methodologies such as Gherkin.
- 3+ years of experience writing user stories and working within Agile/Scrum or SAFe environments.
- Strong understanding of Salesforce ecosystems, including Service Cloud, Experience Cloud, LWC, Aura, and Tableau CRM.
- Experience using tools such as JIRA, Confluence, SharePoint, and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to design reports, analyze data, and translate findings into actionable business insights.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Proven ability to manage multiple priorities across projects and collaborate with diverse stakeholders.
- Salesforce certification (Administrator, Business Analyst, or Experience Cloud Consultant) preferred and verifiable via Trailhead.
- Experience in healthcare, CMS environments, or federal programs is highly desirable.
- Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills with attention to detail and independent working capability.
- Competitive salary range aligned with experience and location, estimated between 106,250 and 143,750 USD annually.
