Job Duties

• Stuff, cure, smoke and package meat products
• Work with others in a fast-paced team environment.
• Learn and follow regulations set by the USDA.
• Learn to use and sharpen a knife in an efficient manner.
• Be aware of and follow strict safety guidelines.
• Willing to work overtime with short notice or the possibility of shorter workdays.
• Typical work Schedule: 6:00am to 2:30pm, Monday through Friday
• Work hours will vary and are not limited to a 40-hour work week.

Physical Requirements/ Working Conditions

• Heavy lifting (capable of at least 50-100 lbs.)
• Long periods of walking and standing
