Responsibilities:

• Prepare and cook menu items according to established recipes and standards
• Ensure food quality, consistency, and presentation
• Maintain a clean and organized workstation
• Follow all food safety and sanitation guidelines
• Assist with food prep, stocking, and inventory
• Work as part of a team to deliver timely service

Requirements:

• Previous cooking experience preferred (restaurant, hotel, or resort a plus)
• Knowledge of food safety and kitchen equipment
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Strong teamwork and communication skills
• Availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays

Physical Requirements:

• Stand for extended periods
• Lift up to 40 lbs
• Work in a hot kitchen environment
