Job Overview

CastMaster Precast Concrete is looking for a driven, proactive Inside Construction Sales Representative to build and grow customer relationships for our CastMaster precast concrete treads and steel components. This role is perfect for someone who thrives on structured prospecting, values consistency, and brings professional curiosity to every customer conversation. Whether based in Memphis or working remotely, you'll play a vital role in generating revenue, enhancing client trust, and driving growth for one of the industrys most respected brands in commercial construction.

Key Responsibilities
  • Generate new leads through outbound prospecting, cold calling, and email outreach.

  • Qualify potential customers including general contractors, developers, stair installers, and fabricators.

  • Provide accurate, compelling information about CastMasters product availability, value, and delivery timelines.

  • Coordinate pricing and delivery with internal teams to align quotes and timelines.

  • Follow up on quotes, convert them into sales, and manage post-sale communication.

  • Track all customer interactions and opportunities in the CRM system.

  • Represent the CastMaster brand with professionalism and urgency.

  • Gather and relay market feedback on pricing, competition, and customer needs.

Qualifications
  • Minimum 1 year of sales experience, preferably in construction or manufacturing.

  • High school diploma or GED required.

  • Proven success in structured outbound sales activities (cold calling, follow-ups, pipeline management).

  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills.

  • Comfortable working independently and accountable for results.

  • High resilience and persistenceable to handle rejection professionally.

  • Technically curious and eager to learn construction product applications.

  • Proficient in CRM software and email communication.

  • Must be able to manage time, organize activities, and prioritize sales pipeline effectively.

  • Monday to Friday Full-Time Business Hours
