- High School diploma or equivalent, and a minimum of 1 year experience in a Human Resources support or administrative internship or role.
- Experience with an HRIS system such as UKG is preferred, but not required.
- Demonstrated ability to remain calm during moments of conflict and to support, with empathy, a person in need; strong ability to apply standard tools and response, but also to judge when an issue must be escalated or handled with additional care.
- Must be proficient in Word and Outlook with basic Excel skills. Must be comfortable continuing to grow their technology skills and able to research, compile and clearly present information and data.
- Ability to manage confidential and sensitive employee information and adhere to strict confidentiality standards.
