In this role, you will lead the strategic efforts for emergency care sales, collaborating closely with key accounts to identify growth opportunities and maximize program effectiveness. Your ability to cultivate relationships and develop a cohesive sales strategy will be essential in accomplishing business objectives. You'll work on developing analytical tools and providing support to ensure our products effectively meet client needs. This is a pivotal role that will require strong leadership and excellent communication skills as you drive collaboration across various teams.
Accountabilities- Leads selling efforts and strategy with key national and regional accounts
- Communicates the selling strategy with key accounts and sales organization
- Partners with the sales team to foster relationships and develop an effective selling strategy
- Drives growth through collaboration with Sales Leadership
- Identifies and assesses business opportunities to enhance program performance
- Maintains effective business relationships throughout the sales process
- Develops strategy for penetrating targeted accounts
- Participates in cross-divisional collaboration opportunities
- Conducts quarterly business reviews with key accounts
- Develops and updates annual business plans for the assigned region
- Assists in operation of trade shows and clinical meetings
- Keeps the Sales Director informed of market progress
- Submits data to support forecasts and management reports
- Adheres to all GMP policies and procedures
- Bachelors Degree required
- 5+ years of work experience in sales preferred
- Able to negotiate price and terms effectively
- Proven ability to develop business strategies aligning with objectives
- Demonstrated long-term customer relationship management
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Skillful in presentation creation and delivery
- Proficient in analyzing sales data from multiple sources
- Valid driver license with a good driving record
- Salary range: $138,000 - $151,800 plus bonuses and commission
