Position Details
Position Title: Registered Nurse – New Graduates
Status: Full-Time and Part-Time Opportunities Available
Shift Options: Days, Evenings, Nights, Weekends (Please indicate your preference)
Schedule: 12-Hour Shifts
Starting Compensation: $34.00/hour
Sign-On Bonus: Up to $2,000
The listed compensation represents the budgeted range for this role. Final offers are determined based on skills, experience, qualifications, internal equity, and organizational needs.

Minimum Qualifications
- Current, active Registered Nurse (RN) license in the State of Illinois
- Graduate of an accredited nursing program
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required upon hire
- Advanced certifications (ACLS, NRP, PALS) required within three (3) months of hire based on assigned specialty unit
- Demonstrated critical thinking, clinical judgment, and communication skills
- Commitment to providing compassionate, patient-centered care
