Pool & Hot Tub Tech in Kissimmee, Florida at CLC Resort Management LLC

This position is responsible for providing maintenance and repair services for individual home pools and spas (hot tubs) systems throughout the Resort, while providing excellent guest service to customers. Other duties for this position include, but are not limited to:

• Testing/balancing water chemistry, maintaining inventory and transport chemicals to individual areas,
• Performing preventative maintenance such as vacuuming, brushing, and cleaning.
• Daily rounds include driving to each area and performing water chemistry testing.
• Assist with preventative maintenance of Spa equipment.
• Able to work with chemicals
• Keep patio in good looking condition
• Report problems if they are found
• Other duties as assigned by manager

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Basic computer knowledge
• Able to communicate in a professional manner with guests and homeowners
• Be able to stand for long periods of time of up to 6 hours
• Able to lift up to 50 lbs.
• A flexible schedule including weekends, holidays, etc is required
• Previous maintenance experience – Preferred
• Able to work outside.
• Able to bend, stop, kneel for long periods of time.
