🚙 THE ROLE

Solutions Specialist – Spare Parts | 4x4 | Performance | 12V | Lighting | Audio

Not your normal check out sales role

At Auto One Midland, we operate as a solutions hub — not a traditional parts store.
Customers come to us for clarity, confidence, and the right outcome.

You will:

• Turn customer enquiries into complete, fit-for-purpose solutions

• Guide customers through product options across key categories

• Provide hands-on support and minor fitments (batteries, globes, wipers, accessories)

• Operate independently on the shop floor while contributing to a high-performing team environment

• Deliver strong results across key KPIs:

  • Customer conversion

  • Average Transaction value

  • Items per solution

  • Customer loyalty engagement

  • Store/product presentation and cleanliness

• Provide practical advice on installs (audio, lighting, 12V systems) or coordinate bookings for completion

This role is for someone who already performs.

You:

• Have real automotive or aftermarket experience (retail, workshop, or installs)

• Can hit the ground running with minimal direction
