You will be responsible for shaping and executing sourcing strategies that drive value creation, cost efficiency, and operational excellence across North America. This position plays a key role in strengthening supplier relationships, identifying market opportunities, and ensuring alignment with business priorities. You will collaborate closely with senior stakeholders and cross-functional teams to support innovation, risk management, and sustainability objectives. Operating in a fast-paced and multicultural context, you will influence decision-making and contribute directly to business performance. - Lead the development and execution of sourcing strategies for corporate and professional services categories across North America
- Drive value creation through supplier negotiations, cost optimization, and continuous improvement initiatives
- Manage and develop strategic supplier relationships, ensuring performance, compliance, and long-term partnership value
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to align sourcing strategies with business priorities and operational needs
- Identify market trends, risks, and opportunities to inform sourcing decisions and enhance competitiveness
- Support innovation, sustainability, and risk management initiatives within procurement programs
- Ensure adherence to procurement policies, governance standards, and organizational compliance requirements
- Influence senior stakeholders and cross-functional teams to drive alignment and execution of sourcing strategies
- Proven experience in strategic sourcing, procurement, or category management in corporate or professional services environments
- Strong understanding of supplier management, contract negotiation, and cost optimization strategies
- Solid business acumen with the ability to connect procurement activities to financial and operational outcomes
- Experience working in complex, multinational, and matrixed organizations
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills, with the ability to influence senior leadership
- Analytical mindset with strong problem-solving and market analysis capabilities
- Demonstrated leadership abilities and experience working with cross-functional or multicultural teams

- Competitive base salary ranging from 102,600 CAD to 128,250 CAD depending on experience and qualifications
