Traveling Children’s Portrait Photographer — New Studio Launches at ENCHANTED FAIRIES STUDIO LLC – Plano, Texas

You don’t need to be a photographer. You need to be the kind of person who walks into a room and makes everyone feel like they belong.

Enchanted Fairies creates fine art portrait experiences for children, the kind that make a five-year-old believe they really are a knight, a princess, or a warrior. We have 35+ studios across the country, and we’re growing fast. This role helps us open new locations and keep existing ones running at their best.

Here’s the deal: You’ll travel. A lot. Some weeks you’re in a brand-new city helping launch a studio from scratch. Other weeks you’re stepping into an existing location to coach the team, steady operations, and protect the experience.

We’ll teach you our photography system. What we can’t teach is the ability to connect with a nervous parent, make a shy toddler laugh, and turn a 30-minute session into a memory that family talks about for years.

This is a full-time role with a Wednesday through Sunday schedule, and weekend availability is required. Travel is a regular part of the role, so flexibility is essential.

If you’re looking for a Monday through Friday routine or a role with little change, this may not be the role for you.

This role is for you if:

• You genuinely love being around children and families, it energizes you, it doesn’t drain you
• You’ve worked in hospitality, retail, entertainment, fitness, or another high-touch, guest-facing role
• You can walk into a city where you know nobody and feel at home by day two
• You’re a natural coach who knows how to train, guide, and build confidence in others
• You stay calm under pressure and know how to adapt quickly

What you’ll actually do:

• Travel to studios across the country to support new openings and existing locations
• Learn and deliver our portrait photography process
• Coach and develop local studio teams on guest experience standards
• Work closely with our Operations and Experience Concierge teams
• Set the tone for the team and for every family who walks through the door

You don’t need:

• Photography experience , we train you from scratch
• A college degree
• A background specifically in children’s services

What will make you stand out:

• Experience in high-touch, guest-facing environments
• A track record of training, coaching, or mentoring others
• Comfort with ambiguity you figure things out, you don’t wait to be told
• Launch, rollout, or multi-site support experience

Compensation & Benefits:

• $45,000–$50,000 annually
• Travel expenses fully covered (flights, hotels, meals, and rental car)
