Shift: 1st Shift

Work model: Hybrid

Schedule: FULLTIME; Monday-Friday, 8a.m.-5p.m.

Job overview:

Schneider is seeking an HR Generalist in Mexico City to handle a wide variety of HR tasks. The HR Generalist will recruit and onboard new associates, coordinate in-office events, provide office-wide communication and lead engagement activities.

Responsibilities:
  • Accomplish STPS (Ministry of Labour and Social Security) requirements annually.
  • Recruit for open positions by working with leaders to determine staffing needs, building a candidate pipeline and facilitating hiring decisions.
  • Design and conduct new associate orientation.
  • Coordinate HR initiatives, including yearly certifications and surveys.
  • Communicate with associates through monthly newsletters, presentations and other avenues.
  • Lead associate engagement activities and audits to monitor the organization's health.

Skills and qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in business, human resources or a related field.
  • 4-5 years of HR experience.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Can create a welcoming workplace for associates.
  • Able to analyze problems and evaluate data to make well-informed decisions.
  • Can adapt to changing conditions and overcome unexpected obstacles.
  • Able to identify gaps and develop plans to address them.
