About This Position

We’re looking for a Yardi Specialist to support and optimize our property management systems while ensuring strong data integrity and excellent user support.
What you’ll do:- Support Yardi Voyager and related platforms (RentCafe, Site Manager, Elevate, Procure to Pay)
- Manage helpdesk tickets and troubleshoot system issues
- Write SQL queries for reporting and data validation
- Maintain system accuracy, workflows, and user access
- Support onboarding, training, and process improvements
- 3–5 years of Yardi experience in multifamily/real estate
- Strong SQL and troubleshooting skills
- Experience with system support and data management
- Strong communication and teamwork abilities
