This role is designed for a high-performance recruiter who thrives in fast-paced, results-driven IT hiring environments. You will manage end-to-end recruitment across a variety of technical roles, working closely with enterprise and government clients in competitive talent markets. The position requires strong sourcing capability, sharp candidate engagement skills, and the ability to move quickly without compromising quality. You will act as both a talent advisor and delivery owner, building strong pipelines and ensuring timely hiring outcomes. The environment is highly commercial, KPI-driven, and focused on execution excellence. Success in this role depends on ownership mindset, urgency, and strong technical understanding. In this role, you will own the full recruitment lifecycle while driving speed, quality, and consistency in technical hiring outcomes across multiple client requirements.
- Manage end-to-end IT recruitment including sourcing, screening, submission, and offer closure
- Proactively source candidates using LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean search, referrals, and market mapping
- Build and maintain strong talent pipelines aligned with active and future hiring needs
- Engage candidates consistently to build trust, maintain interest, and improve conversion rates
- Conduct technical screening and assess role fit, availability, motivation, and compensation alignment
- Deliver high-quality candidate submissions with structured and accurate profiles
- Work with urgency in time-sensitive hiring cycles across enterprise and government clients
- Collaborate with account managers and clients to understand priorities and hiring expectations
- Drive interview scheduling, follow-ups, and candidate progression through hiring stages
- Maintain accurate ATS records and track key recruitment metrics and performance indicators
- Contribute market intelligence to improve hiring strategies and delivery outcomes
The ideal candidate is a driven IT recruiter with strong sourcing ability, commercial awareness, and the capability to operate independently in a fast-moving delivery environment.
- Proven experience as an IT or Technical Recruiter, preferably in agency environments
- Strong hands-on sourcing skills using LinkedIn Recruiter, RPS, and Boolean search techniques
- Solid understanding of IT roles, technologies, and delivery models across multiple domains
- Ability to engage confidently with candidates and drive strong conversion outcomes
- Experience managing multiple roles across different technologies and priorities
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- High sense of urgency, ownership, and accountability in delivery-focused environments
- Comfortable working independently in a remote setup
- KPI-driven mindset with strong organizational and prioritization skills
- Ability to assess candidate technical fit and manage end-to-end recruitment processes
- Experience recruiting for enterprise or international markets is a plus
- Familiarity with niche IT domains such as Cloud, DevOps, Data, Cybersecurity, or ERP is an advantage
