Duties and Responsibilities:
- Own and drive the master production schedule to meet customer commitments
- Balance demand, capacity, and materials to create realistic, executable plans
- Adjust schedules as conditions change to maintain on-time delivery
- Ensure ERP data accurately reflects production activity
- Maintain BOMs, routers, and key planning parameters
- Resolve data issues that impact scheduling and execution
- Align labor, equipment, and materials with production demand
- Identify constraints early and drive solutions
- Provide visibility into risks and bottlenecks
- Improve planning processes to increase throughput and reduce lead times
- Track performance against key delivery metrics
- Coordinate across production, supply chain, and leadership to ensure execution
