Accounting Service Representative Collections in Cartago at ICIMS - Lutron Electronics Company, Inc

• Build and maintain collaborative, trusted relationships with customers through clear, professional written and verbal communication, while reconciling account balances and resolving open receivables.
• Communicate with customers on a regular basis to resolve disputed invoices, support timely payment, and apply effective negotiation strategies that achieve mutually beneficial outcomes for both Lutron and the customer.
• Partner closely with Sales and Service teams to investigate and resolve customerdisputed invoices and payment discrepancies.
• Collaborate with the Credit team to support timely order releases and shipment to customers by addressing credit or paymentrelated issues.
• Manage assigned accounts independently and prioritize daily activities to meet established daily, weekly, and monthly collection targets.

• High School diploma required; Associate or Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Minimum of 1–3 years of business experience required; prior experience in collections or accounts receivable preferred.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to interact professionally with customers and internal partners.
• Fluent in both English and Spanish
• Ability to work independently, manage time effectively, and meet assigned collection targets.
• This is an onsite role based at Lutron’s Costa Rica office.
