Position Title: Logistics Support

Reports to: Operations Manager

Location: Indianapolis, IN

Work Schedule: Full-Time, Monday – Friday, between the hours of 6:00am to 6:00pm

FLSA Status: Non-Exempt

Position Summary: Aldevra is currently seeking someone to provide Logistics Support for the Army National Guard in Indianapolis, IN. We are looking for someone who brings a positive attitude, strong attention to detail, and clear communication. This position is contingent upon contract award.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

The essential functions include, but are not limited to the following:

  • Provide continuous monitoring and analysis of Army Logistical Programs impacting daily operations.
  • Review organizational inspection data to determine and report compliance with J4 Policy.
  • Analyze Organizational Inspection Program (OIP) evaluation results to identify systemic trends, and provide actionable recommendations to focus training and support requirements.
  • Track subordinate Supply Personnel Duty MOSQ and training metrics, providing compliance status reports to the Government.
  • Review the Army Publications website regularly and compile summaries of updated logistical publications for distribution.
  • Analyze, evaluate, and provide written reviews of proposed and existing logistics policies, specifically those with high visibility and applicability across the Department of Defense.
  • Provide analytical support to the Risk Mitigation Internal Control (RMIC) program by validating accountability and analyzing inventory certifications.
  • Execute assistance and training visits to support logistical program compliance, regulatory guidance, and Readiness objectives.
  • Develop and recommend process improvements to streamline operations, remove barriers, and implement technological tools.
  • Execute assistance visits to subordinate units as required by the Government.
  • Deliver training on logistical processes or policies to support regulatory standard compliance across Army logistical programs.
  • Submit After Action Reports (AARs) detailing the results and metrics of all executed training and assistance visits to the designated Government representative.
  • Apply statistical analysis techniques to measure progress, efficiency, and trends impacting organizational readiness and the effectiveness of Strategic Initiatives regarding logistics management.
  • Facilitate reach-back communications with outside agencies (e.g., LOGSA, NGB, Army Publications) to obtain, synthesize, and provide guidance or clarification on logistical policies.
  • Provide administrative, analytical, and technical support for the evaluation of Army programs and the development of logistical initiatives.
  • Manage and maintain designated digital assets and operational resources.
  • Ensure all contractor personnel operating motor vehicles in the execution of these duties possess and maintain valid state driver's licenses.
  • Comply with all installation safety protocols and immediately report any serious incidents to the appropriate Government authority and Contracting Officer's Representative (COR).
  • All other duties as assigned.

Requirements:

Security Requirements:

  • Must be able to obtain CAC clearance.

This position requires passing an extensive background check.

Qualifications:

  • 2 years of Logistics/ Supply Chain Experience
  • Experience with SharePoint and reporting skills
  • Knowledge of J4/G4/S4 operations preferred
  • Valid Real-ID state-issued driver's license
  • Excellent verbal communication skills and telephone manner
  • Excellent and accurate written communication
  • Familiarity with Windows operating systems; online calendars and cloud systems; intermediate to advanced skills Microsoft office products required
  • Excellent attention to detail; accurate data entry
  • Customer Focused and team-oriented work ethic
  • Able to multi-task efficiently and accurately, focusing on quality
