In this role, you will join an innovation-driven environment within a paid media operations hub, focusing on building and scaling AI-powered solutions that transform manual workflows into intelligent, automated systems. You will work at the intersection of Engineering and Product, developing internal tools, agents, and integrations that enhance operational efficiency and unlock new capabilities for media teams. The position requires a strong builder mindset, combining software engineering excellence with applied AI knowledge to create scalable, production-ready solutions. You will actively contribute to an AI-first culture, helping replace legacy processes with generative and automated systems. This is a highly technical role with direct impact on productivity, revenue generation, and digital transformation. Collaboration, experimentation, and ownership are central to the environment, alongside a strong focus on governance, security, and production-grade delivery.
In this role, you will be responsible for designing, building, and scaling AI-driven systems that automate and optimize media and operations workflows. You will:
- Develop internal tools, AI agents, and automation systems to streamline critical operational processes
- Design and implement RAG-based architectures ensuring secure and privacy-compliant data usage
- Build MVPs and prototypes to quickly validate business needs before scaling solutions
- Integrate APIs and systems to unify fragmented workflows across platforms and tools
- Act as a technical reference for AI adoption, promoting automation-first thinking across teams
- Collaborate closely with Product and Engineering to translate operational challenges into scalable technical solutions
You should bring strong engineering foundations combined with hands-on AI/ML integration experience. Expected qualifications include:
- Strong software engineering skills with proficiency in Python and backend development
- Experience integrating LLM APIs (OpenAI, Anthropic, Vertex AI) and orchestration frameworks (LangChain, LangGraph, LlamaIndex)
- Ability to build REST APIs (FastAPI or Flask) and lightweight front-end interfaces for MVPs
- Solid knowledge of SQL, data manipulation (Pandas), and ETL pipeline construction
- Experience deploying applications on cloud platforms such as AWS or GCP
- Understanding of AI agent architecture, including tool calling and autonomous workflows
- Strong problem-solving skills, autonomy, and ability to work in fast-paced, experimental environments
Differentials:
- Experience with Google Apps Script and Workspace automation
- Knowledge of React or Next.js for internal tools
- Familiarity with vector databases (Pinecone, Weaviate, etc.)
