This role is a strategic bridge between business needs and data engineering, focused on shaping and evolving data products that enable data-driven decision-making at scale. You will be responsible for defining product vision, building roadmaps, and ensuring that data initiatives deliver measurable business value. Working in a highly collaborative and agile environment, you will translate complex business requirements into clear technical direction for data squads. The position requires close interaction with engineering, analytics, and business stakeholders to ensure alignment, prioritization, and successful delivery of data solutions. You will also play a key role in promoting data culture, improving product performance, and supporting governance and compliance initiatives. • Define and evolve the data product roadmap based on business strategy, identifying opportunities for impact and value creation across the organization.
• Translate business needs into clear, actionable technical requirements for data engineering and analytics teams.
• Manage and prioritize the product backlog, ensuring alignment with strategic goals and maximizing delivery value.
• Define and track product success metrics, KPIs, and OKRs, ensuring continuous monitoring of data product performance.
• Collaborate with engineering, analytics, and business squads to ensure end-to-end delivery and adoption of data solutions.
• Facilitate agile ceremonies and ensure effective communication between stakeholders and development teams.
• Support data governance, quality, security, and compliance initiatives within data products.
• Monitor production releases and ensure smooth rollout, adoption, and communication with stakeholders.

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Information Systems, Statistics, Business Administration, Economics, or related fields.
• 3–5 years of experience in Product Owner, Data Analyst, Data Engineer, or similar roles focused on data products or analytics.
• Experience working with agile methodologies such as Scrum or Kanban, including backlog prioritization techniques.
• Strong experience in data-related environments such as data lakes, data mesh, or modern analytics platforms.
• Solid understanding of OKRs, product metrics, and data-driven decision-making frameworks.
• Strong analytical thinking with the ability to interpret complex data and business contexts.
• Excellent communication skills to interact with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Proactive mindset, ownership attitude, critical thinking, and adaptability in dynamic environments.
• Familiarity with data governance, data quality, and cataloging practices is a plus.
• Exposure to machine learning or AI concepts applied to data products is a differential.
