Performs ultrasounds upon order of a physician, generates reports for physician's review and medical records, performs other duties as assigned by the supervisor. The sonographer technician shares the responsibility of providing a safe and comfortable environment conducive to healing.

Required Education, Certifications, etc.:

High School Diploma or GED

Certified Sonographer

Preferred:

General Ultrasound with CT/general radiology

Experience:

Preferred

2 years in hospital or medical setting
