Position Overview:
We are seeking an experienced and polished Cocktail Server to join our team. This role requires a strong knowledge of spirits, wine, and classic cocktails, as well as the ability to deliver impeccable service in an upscale environment.
Responsibilities:
Provide warm, professional, and attentive service to guests.
Take and deliver drink and food orders promptly and accurately.
Offer recommendations and upsell premium spirits and specialty cocktails.
Maintain a thorough knowledge of our cocktail program, wine list, and menu.
Ensure tables and service areas are clean and organized at all times.
Handle transactions with accuracy and integrity.
Comply with all TABC and health regulations.
Qualifications:
Previous experience in fine dining or high-end cocktail service required. At least 1 year.
Strong knowledge of mixology, wine, and spirits.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced, detail-oriented environment.
Must be at least 18 years old and TABC certified.
Flexible availability, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
