Ronin Protection Solutions Inc. is seeking a reliable, professional Part-Time Security Officer for a distribution center in Watsonville, CA. This position is ideal for individuals who excel in customer service, attention to detail, and consistent attendance.

The Security Officer will serve as a welcoming first point of contact while ensuring the safety and security of the facility through CCTV monitoring, access control, and accurate logging of visitors and deliveries.

• Monitor CCTV systems and report any suspicious or unusual activity.

• Control access to the facility by logging all guests, vendors, and deliveries.

• Verify identification and delivery documentation as required by site post orders.

• Maintain accurate daily activity logs and incident reports.

• Provide professional, courteous customer service to employees, drivers, and visitors.

• Enforce site-specific rules and security procedures.

• Communicate effectively with site management and Ronin supervisors.

• Maintain a calm, professional presence at all times.

• Minimum 18 years of age.

• Valid California BSIS Guard Card (Required).

• High school diploma or equivalent (GED).

• Strong customer service and interpersonal skills.

• Excellent reliability, punctuality, and attendance.

• Basic computer skills for logging and CCTV monitoring.

• Strong verbal and written communication skills.

• Reliable transportation to report consistently to the same work site.

• Prior security, customer service, warehouse, or logistics experience.

• Familiarity with CCTV systems and access control procedures.

• CPR/First Aid certification.

• Experience with report writing or electronic logging systems.
