This role is focused on designing and evolving high-quality, job-relevant training programs for technical roles in critical infrastructure and advanced manufacturing environments. You will lead the creation of curriculum, assessments, labs, and instructional materials that translate complex industrial systems into clear, accessible learning experiences for adult learners. The position requires strong technical grounding in industrial and electromechanical systems, combined with the ability to structure and simplify highly technical content. You will collaborate closely with subject matter experts, instructional teams, and delivery stakeholders to ensure training aligns with real workforce needs. This is a hands-on product development role with significant influence over learning quality, scalability, and learner outcomes. - Lead the development, maintenance, and continuous improvement of curriculum, labs, assessments, and instructional materials for critical infrastructure and advanced manufacturing training pathways.
- Translate complex industrial systems, processes, and technical concepts into structured, practical, and accessible learning experiences for adult learners.
- Ensure accuracy, quality, and relevance of all learning content through ongoing review, updates, and stakeholder collaboration.
- Design structured learning experiences across formats including instructor-led, virtual, blended, and digital learning environments.
- Collaborate with instructors, subject matter experts, and cross-functional teams to ensure effective implementation of training programs.
- Develop simulations, labs, and scenario-based learning activities to strengthen applied technical understanding.
- Define and manage scope, risks, and delivery timelines for curriculum development projects while ensuring alignment with workforce outcomes.
- Research emerging trends in industrial systems and workforce training to continuously enhance program relevance and effectiveness.
- 1–3 years of experience in critical infrastructure, data centers, or advanced manufacturing environments.
- Experience working with or training roles such as electromechanical technicians, industrial electricians, PLC/automation technicians, or similar technical roles.
- Strong understanding of industrial equipment and systems including motors, sensors, PLCs, SCADA/DCS, UPS systems, generators, HVAC systems, and related technologies.
- Hands-on knowledge of safety standards and procedures such as OSHA, NFPA, and LOTO in high-energy environments.
- Experience working with operational documentation such as SOPs, MOPs, and EOPs in critical systems environments.
- Ability to troubleshoot complex electromechanical systems and translate technical processes into teachable content.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple concurrent projects with high attention to detail.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Workspace tools.
- Strong communication, problem-solving, and collaboration skills with a self-directed mindset.
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field or equivalent industry experience/certifications.
- Salary range of $85,000–$90,000 annually, based on experience and location
