Laser Operator at Race Winning Brands – Berea, Ohio

· Use 3D laser equipment and pre-established programs to produce laser cut components as indicated by drawings or other documentation.

· Perform cutting, deburring, cleaning and other processes to specified standards.

· Inspect parts using measuring devices to ensure that critical dimensions are met.

· Follow established work procedures and standard practices.

· Monitor quality of work to ensure that it meets established criteria or other defined parameters.

· Achieve established targets for daily output.

· Keep work areas clean and follows guidelines of organization and equipment preventive care.

· Performs additional duties and assignments, as requested

· Required to travel around the shop and visit all established workstations.

· Ability to write read and interpret documentation.

· Required to frequently use a computer.

· Will be exposed to noise, vibration, dust, exhaust fumes and other materials.

· Ability to lift 50 lbs.

· Must routinely use lift trucks and other material handling devices.

· Required to visually identify defects in incoming materials as well as use inspection tools and equipment.
