• QCE Completion with, ideally High ATAR (99+) and strong subject-specific academic achievements (95+ results in Maths Methods, Specialist Maths, Biology and Physics).
• First-year university level knowledge or above in your subject(s).
• Strong communication skills and the ability to simplify complex concepts.
• Energy, empathy, independence and a proactive mindset.
• A full academic year commitment with 10+ hours weekly availability.
• Alignment with Contour’s mission (non-compete agreement required).
• A genuine passion for helping students succeed.
