Position Overview:

The Front Desk Associate serves as the first point of contact for guests, delivering exceptional customer service and ensuring a smooth and welcoming arrival, stay, and departure experience. This role manages guest check-ins and check-outs, responds to inquiries, coordinates with various resort departments, and contributes to creating a memorable vacation environment for all visitors.

Key Responsibilities:

Guest Services

• Warmly greet guests upon arrival and provide professional, friendly service throughout their stay.
• Manage check-in and check-out processes efficiently using the resorts property management system.
• Handle guest inquiries regarding reservations, amenities, local attractions, and on-site activities.
• Resolve guest concerns quickly and effectively, escalating issues as needed to management.

Administrative & Operational

• Maintain accurate and organized guest records, payment transactions, and reservation details.
• Answer phones, respond to emails, and assist with booking requests.
• Ensure the lobby and front desk area remain clean, orderly, and welcoming.
• Follow resort policies for cash handling, data privacy, and safety procedures.

Cross-Department Coordination

• Communicate with housekeeping to update room availability and guest requests.
• Work with maintenance to report and track room or facility issues.
• Collaborate with concierge, activities, dining, and other departments to ensure seamless guest experiences.
