The Finance Manager oversees financial operations, reporting, planning, and analysis to support strategic decision‑making and ensure the financial health of the organization. This role manages budgeting, forecasting, financial controls, and team development while partnering with cross‑functional leaders to drive performance and operational efficiency. The Finance Manager plays a key role in maintaining financial integrity and supporting long‑term business growth.
Oversee preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements
Analyze financial results, variances, and key performance indicators
Provide insights and recommendations to leadership to support decision‑making
Ensure accuracy, timeliness, and compliance with accounting standards
Lead the annual budgeting process and periodic forecasting cycles
Collaborate with department leaders to gather inputs and validate assumptions
Develop financial models to support scenario planning and strategic initiatives
Maintain strong internal controls and ensure adherence to company policies
Support internal and external audits by preparing documentation and responding to inquiries
Monitor financial risks and implement mitigation strategies
Manage cash flow forecasting, working capital, and liquidity planning
Support procurement, operations, and sales teams with financial guidance
Evaluate business cases, capital expenditures, and investment opportunities
Supervise and mentor finance or accounting staff
Review work for accuracy and support professional development
Foster a culture of continuous improvement and collaboration
Identify opportunities to streamline financial processes and reporting
Support system enhancements, automation initiatives, and best‑practice adoption
Improve data quality and reporting efficiency across the finance function
Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field; MBA or CPA preferred
5–7 years of experience in finance, FP&A, or accounting roles
- Proficiency with Excel, ERP systems, and financial reporting tools
Strong financial modeling, analytical, and problem‑solving skills
- Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational abilities
Ability to manage multiple priorities and work cross‑functionally
As part of our team here, as well as receiving a competitive base salary, you will also participate in a generous performance-related bonus plan. In addition, you will also receive a 401k plan with company matching, Life Insurance, and Medical Insurance as well as 9 holidays.
The typical base salary range for this position is anticipated to be between $124,587 and $186,881 annually.
