WhoWereLooking For -Reporting to the VP, Marketplaces, we areseeking a highly detail-oriented and organized Senior Marketplaces Manager to support our global marketplace operations. This role is responsible for maintaining day-to-day customer-facing functions across multiple e-commerce platforms, with a primary focus on Amazon. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of marketplace merchandising, catalog management, and basic creative asset handling, while demonstrating exceptional accuracy and consistency in all tasks. This position requires the ability to work cross-functionally, manage multiple concurrent projects, and uphold established brand standards across all listings, storefronts, and customer-facing assets.

Responsibilities:

    Create, edit, andoptimizelisting copy including titles, bullet points, descriptions, and backend keywords Collaborate with creative teams for any required supportwith assets Develop, format, and upload A+ Content modules and brand-specific layouts for all Amazon products Conduct ongoing A/B testsof listings tooptimizeclick-through rates, conversion rates, andoverallperformance Create,maintain, and continuouslyoptimizethe Amazon Brand Storefront acrossmultiplegeographies Manage and resolve catalog-related issues through Seller Support, SAS, and Brand Registry support channels Test, adopt, and evaluate new Amazon Beta programs related tocatalog, storefront improvements, product bundles, and brand tools Monitor brand protection activity including copyright/trademark infringement, unauthorized resellers, and competitive listings with our vendor partner(s) Collaborate with our external vendor for trademark enforcement cases Update monthly performance reports covering KPIs such as storefront metrics, catalog health, and marketplace trend Perform similar tasks as above on other marketplaces such as Walmart, eBay, and TikTok Shop Assistwith creative asset editing, including basic graphic adjustments and copy edits, as needed Develop ad-hoc reports and performance summaries across all marketplaces Maintain exceptional attention to detail, ensuring accuracy in all product data, creative assets, storefront layouts, and marketplace submissions Other duties as required

Qualifications:

    5+ years of experience with Amazon Seller Central Familiarity withadditionalmarketplaces such as eBay, Walmart, and TikTok Shop Strong attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy in content, data, and asset management Proficiencyin Excel/Google Sheets and comfort with data analysis Strong written communication skills, especially in consumer-facing copy Ability to multitask and manage multiple marketplacetasks simultaneously Experience working with cross-functional creative, marketing, and operations teams Experience with Amazon A+ Content creation and Brand Storefront management Understanding ofmarketplace SEO, keyword research, and conversion optimization Familiarity with third-party tools such as Helium 10, Jungle Scout, or Brand Registry services

Compensation Range
$125,000—$135,000 USD
