### **About the Role**

Primus Incorporated is seeking a compassionate and knowledgeable **RN / Licensed Assisted Living Director*
* to lead clinical oversight and ensure high‑quality care within our assisted living community. This position plays a key role in resident care, staff supervision, regulatory compliance, and team collaboration.

## **Key Responsibilities**

* Oversee daily clinical operations and ensure all residents’ healthcare needs are met.

* Maintain compliance with Assisted Living License regulations and state/federal requirements.

* Conduct initial and ongoing resident assessments; ensure all care plans and service agreements are accurate and up to date.

* Manage medication administration processes, physician orders, and infection control programs.

* Supervise, train, evaluate, and support nursing and unlicensed personnel.

* Provide staff education, including required annual in‑service training.

* Serve as on‑call RN for emergencies, condition changes, and delegated tasks.

* Coordinate care with physicians, caseworkers, families, and other service providers.

* Maintain accurate documentation, records, and communication logs.

* Work collaboratively with the **Director of Nursing*
* and Primus leadership.

## **Qualifications**

* **Active RN license*
* in good standing with the State of Minnesota.

* Minimum **3 years of experience*
* in a related healthcare setting.

* Valid driver’s license (if driving is required).

* Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.

* Ability to work occasional evenings, weekends, and irregular hours.
