In this role, you will serve as a technical leader, responsible for making substantial contributions to projects with high complexities and dependencies. Accountabilities- Build a high performing team by hiring and nurturing engineering talent.
- Drive technical solutioning and build roadmaps.
- Set aggressive and clear goals and remove all roadblocks for the team.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to achieve business outcomes.
- Work with engineering leaders to promote engineering excellence.
- BS/BTech (or higher) in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
- 10+ years of engineering and technical lead experience in building scalable software.
- 5+ years of managerial experience leading engineering teams.
- Experience in attracting, hiring, and coaching engineering talent.
- Strong communication and relationship building skills.
- Passion for healthcare and a strong interest in improving its delivery through technology.
- Knowledge of healthcare regulations and industry trends.
- Solid understanding of Agile principles and frameworks.
- Experience with modern web technologies and cloud-based services.
