ABOUT THE ROLE:
We are seeking a reliable and customer-focused Customer Service/Service Technician to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for delivering products to client locations, cultivating strong client relationships, and servicing equipment (training will be provided). While technical skills are an advantage, they are not mandatory.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Deliver products to client locations safely, efficiently, and in accordance with scheduled timelines
- Develop and maintain strong client relationships, serving as a reliable and professional representative of the company
- Service, maintain, and troubleshoot equipment to ensure confidence and competence
- Provide exceptional customer service, addressing client needs with professionalism and a solutions-focused approach
- Complete required documentation, including service reports and basic administrative paperwork, in an accurate and timely manner
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Valid driver’s license (required)
- Strong command of the English language
- Excellent communication and customer service abilities
- Mechanical or technical aptitude is considered an asset
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
- Reliable, professional, and self-motivated work ethic

WORKING CONDITIONS:
May be required to work after-hours as well as weekends and holidays.
