Job Overview
We seek a flexible and dedicated Floater Teacher to join our team under new management. The ideal candidate will be passionate about fostering a positive learning environment and supporting the academic and personal growth of students. This dynamic role involves providing individualized support, developing engaging curriculum, and implementing effective teaching strategies to meet the diverse needs of students.

Key Responsibilities:
Implement curriculum that aligns with educational standards and addresses the unique needs of all students.
Provide tutoring and individualized instruction to support student success in subjects like Math and Physical Education.
Conduct early intervention strategies to support students who may be facing academic or social challenges.
Assess student progress through standardized testing and adjust teaching methods to enhance learning outcomes.
Foster a safe, inclusive classroom environment that prioritizes child welfare and encourages active student participation.
Collaborate with parents, staff, and administration to ensure holistic student development and address academic or behavioral concerns.
Maintain accurate records of student progress, attendance, and behavior, ensuring compliance with educational standards.
Participate in professional development opportunities to stay current with best practices in education and enhance your teaching skills.

Qualifications:
High School Diploma or equivalent; a degree in Education or a related field preferred.
Certification in Early Childhood Education is a plus.
Experience working with children in an educational setting, preferably within a private school environment.
Strong skills in curriculum development, tutoring, and early intervention techniques.
Knowledge of child welfare principles and the ability to foster a supportive and nurturing classroom atmosphere.
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to engage effectively with students, parents, and colleagues.
A passion for teaching and a commitment to innovative instructional practices that drive student success.
